I AM A WOMAN WITH TWO LITTLE CHILD (BOYS). MY HUSBAND NEVER CARES US NOT LIVE WITH US. HE LIVES WITH HIS BROTHERS. PERHAPS HE LOVES HIS CHILDREN BUT DO NOT GIVE ANY EXPENSES OF HIS CHILDREN. I DOES A SMALL JOB IN AN AD-AGENCY TO FULFILL MY CHILDREN'S REQUIRMENTS. HE LOVES ME OR NOT, I DO NOT KNOW BECAUSE SOMETIME WHEN HE MEETS US ,SHOWS THAT HE CARES ME OR HATES ME.

Right now the children are the people that need there parents, and you ofcourse. Talking to him may help and trying to discover the problem further will also give some clues about him not living or loving you 3.
step up and tell him to be a man he can't come in and out the kids life he shouldn't sit around and watch you take care of his two kids by your self
he probbley doesnt hate you he is probbly just to dame lazy to see you every day but just talk to him about it and if he cant handle it then his losse or you married to him ?
