ye is a tough one. first, you need to know if your friend likes him back, n if she does, maybe you could be a true friend n see that theyre happy together. hovewer if she doesnt like him, then well, go for it! but whatever you do, don't change to make him like you - he's gotta like you for who you are.
well, bring it up when you hava conversation be like try and flirt and say oh, I love that shirt on you or you can get straight to the point and say I gotta tell you something!
